Sweeney Is a Yorkshire born chef that has been cooking for almost 20 years, most recently head chef at the two Michelin starred Kitchen Table.
His career has taken him across the globe, cooking in Europe, Australia and North America, in some awesome kitchens including Fera at Claridges and Alchemilla in Nottingham, and we are lucky enough to have him in ours for one night only this February!

I like to use super seasonal ingredients which I choose from the best possible growers/hunters/foragers and anyone who pulls things out of the sea.”

To secure your place, select the number of people by adding the qty of your desired seating time to your basket. This booking is for Saturday 24th February.
To avoid costly 'no-show's' on the night we have to take a deposit of £10 per person.
The booking fee will be deducted from your bill on the evening and refunded to cancellations made 24hrs before the event.
